In celebration of contributions, as well as projecting women role models, Si Africa created the C J Walker Sankofa Women’s Centre for indigenous innovation in agriculture.
This works hand in hand with our Building Africa’s Brands program. The feminist hub’s focus is to stimulate job creation through industrialization and the best use of technology for time saving for women in agriculture.
It is a school of feminist political theory and economic livelihood business mentoring academy. We amplify the voices of female entrepreneurs to national governments and philanthropists to boost investment in the sector to create decent work.
The ultimate goal with this program is to promote and actively support women owned and led social enterprises to enter the world of the Franchise model.
