Futuristic Africa: The Future of Work
Smart systems are making headway on challenges, such as creating more sustainable supply chains and finding new ways to feed growing populations. The rise of the sharing economy is allowing people to monetize everything from homes and cars, to wardrobes and bicycles.
In 2016 the World Economic Forum made a startling point: 65% of young people entering primary school today will hold businesses and jobs that do not currently exist.
Preparing for the future of work and employability in general, our programmes offer agile job-specific training in essential services, software development, coding, etc, sought after by fast-moving startups, demanding corporates and other organisations.
Exposing the trainees to our network of employers through our programme of employer hosted workshops/boot camps, and sponsored recruitment campaigns. We partner with various corporate organisations to deliver, virtually, knowledge products and training to bridge this gap.
